Casey Kolbusz established the Kolbusz Electric company based in Fairfield County, Connecticut in 1973. Casey has been in business for over 45 years. He is a member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. Casey graduated from the Bullard Havens Tech of Bridgeport, CT with the E1- unlimited electrical contractor license.

Casey achieved the following State of Connecticut licenses:

  1. E1- MASTER electrical unlimited contractor license.
  2. Home improvement contractor license.
  3. New home construction contractor license.

Background: Casey had completed his studies at an electrical technical school in Poland, his native country. Casey was then drafted for training in Poland’s air force – navy; and, worked on the electrical maintenance of Russian fighter airplanes (MIGs 17-19). Then he progressed to repairing Italian buses’ electrical systems. Casey immigrated to the United States in 1960 – and, began working for a local Fairfield County, Connecticut electrical contractor called Forstrom Electric.

Casey is married with a family of 3 daughters, a son (Karl) and a grandson (Jacob Meszaros). Karl and Jacob work at Kolbusz Electric. In addition, to providing electrician services, Casey builds homes in Fairfield County, CT; and, has built over 10 houses beginning in the 1980’s. Click on the link: Homes Built.
